My Inspiration.

My paintings are of anything that inspires and challenges me. Each painting or drawing is a learning experience in itself through the creative process.

Presently I am learning about Colour Therapy and would like to incorporate my experiences of this, through my art.

I love painting, the process of creating something from a blank canvas.

To be inspired by something I have thought of or seen, and bring it to life, to almost feel the texture of a material, or skin as I am painting it. Each painting has a life and journey of it's own, from a concept, or an intuitive thought, the outcome sometimes can be surprising.

My favourite medium is pastel, I also paint in watercolours and acrylics, and enjoy the versatility of oils.

I have never thought of my art as having a certain "Style" but then that isn't for me to judge, I am sure it is developing itself without my input of thought. I just paint what inspires me to paint.
